According to Design Science's documentation, this setup supports basic reading of math. It also supports Speech-Navigation using MathPlayer's control panel and Speech-Sound Effects using JAWS' speech and sounds manager.

All visual access modes are also available per MathPlayer's version history notes, but support can be problematic when attempting to read large tabular equations, matrices, or complex equations that span multiple lines.
